Maybe a set of crappy worn ones, but then it depends on road conditions, specific tires, etc. I don't think it should chirp tires between shifts either unless it has the ALC aftermarket auto tranny control. Also, you shouldn't really hear the turbos unless it's modded. Just my opinion, though. How much is the owner asking?
